This is for the Repair Shop. New place is a great upgrade, multiple ways to enter and exit. Don't feeling like I'm going to get hit or hit something. Fast turn around for what I needed done. Online updates to the vehicle is very welcomed also.

Third time to ZIA over the past few years. I drive a 17 year old Tacoma and am planning on driving it for as long as I can. These guys are awesome at discussing recommended maintenance and any problems which may exist or potentially may become a problem. They’re honest about which issues should addressed immediately, and which could wait. Communication is excellent, turn around exceeds my expectations, and customer service is far above any dealer or independent shop I have used in the past.
