Great Auto shop! We have had our jeep and truck serviced. They don't try and oversell or sell services that aren't needed! We don't know much about cars and had our cars checked at multiple places and choose Zia based on their prices and honesty.

I have a 1996 4 wheel drive which has been in the family forever, making it more valuable to us than the book value. I had neglected numerous maintenance and repair issues. I arrived with a long list of concerns. The Zia shop has moved to a new large location, but has retained their original customer friendly, professional and honest values which had impressed me years ago. The thorough inspection and diagnostics of many mechanical and electrical systems I thought needed repair was provided within a day. The mechanics and service writer communicated clearly and provided me detailed information. I was given estimates for required work and a separate list of things that can be done later. The required repairs were done quickly and affordably. I am very happy with my experience and will have the remaining repairs done at Zia Auto Repair.
