Updated on 10/2020 two reviews Jeffrey and I live in Santa Fe NM a year ago we lost our 2011 Toyota Yaris to a kid texting and driving he smashed our car flat as a pancake We saved over the year our down payment on a placement second car we went to all our new and used dealers we got our toyota new back in 2011 and since then a lot of things changed I went from being the Guadalupe Inns property manager to being a gig economy self-contractor working over 10 different apps we got appoved at Fiesta Nissan for 30K well when the loan company got my proof of income the loan went from 30K to only 11K with strict restrictions on vehicle year type and so on ........... The cars in the inventory didn't meet our needs and we needed a second car because working my work vehicle for both work and personal use over that year was hard on the Ford already we had no choice but to look in The ABQ it was a Thursday evening we went to checkout the new bowling alley on the Lyft ride home I turned to FB looking on the cars for sale and come across Zia Auto sales they had a two Nissan Leafs for sale and this is the car we got approved for at Fiesta Nissan before the o wait your a 1099 ? ? ? From the loan company this is the car we wanted that we needed I emailed them and in detail explained What was going on with our situation? The Lyft dropped us off at 8PM as I sent the email about 10:30 PM I got a email back from Zia Auto Sales I was in shock I didn't expect a response for days let alone Corresponding over email that night with them we went over everything and we were asked to send our application and documents I was like that was cool and I Expected I'd hear from them Monday or Tuesday the next Morning as I was getting breakfast for the Humane Society desk staff it was Jeffrey's Friday to take breakfast I get a call from Ina Once again, I was utterly shocked I knew right there and then I found a dealer that was going to work hard and get us into our EV no matter what we set up a appointment for Saturday it was Jeffrey weekend to work so I went with my mom Ina showed me the Nissan Leafs and she started the paperwork and we set up a appointment for Monday when Jeffrey was off on Monday morning she said she was still trying to find a loan company for the leaf but as we already knew it was hard cause of my 1099 status she had offers for us on 4 cars that she got funding for just in case she couldn't get the EV Financed she and the Zia team spent all day long working not only on Us but multiple customers it was already Dinner time and We were out eating at El Modelo Tortilla Factory talking about the 4 cars and Ina calls for us to come on back in when we got there she had very good news she got us funded on the leaf Jeffrey and I were very happy we knew how hard they had to work as we had already been going though this for a month with every car dealership in SF Zia Auto Sales did what no one else could do !!!!! They say welcome to the Zia family and we truly feel apart of the Zia family now its been two months since we got the Leaf and Ina and I still talk over text now and then Zia Auto Sales does business, right Which sadly to say is very rare nowadays they have earned our business and we will not only Return when it's time to have the Ford replaced but we will tell every and anyone looking for a car to come Join the Zia family (: Update 10/2020 We are returning customers to Zia last year we bought a Nissan Leaf EV with them they did such a good job we decided to return this year to replace our 2012 Ford Taurus and just like the first time Ina and the Zia Team went above and beyond to take care of us now with Covid safe shopping we shopped the Zia website and found a very nice 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited Ina set up appointment for us to test drive the car and take delivery of it if we chose to buy it on the day of our appointment Ina called us and asked if we could come later in the day because Zia wanted to buy us new tires because they were not happy with the ones the car had we were more then happy to go later in the afternoon when we got to the dealership the car was waiting for our test drive it was clean and sanitized with the A/C going Ina went above and beyond once again to get us the best deal and the best financing available and just like last time the cars they sell go though a thorough inspection and they fix any issues that are found and even after taking delivery of the vehicle when we found a couple of issues that were missed and called them about it they were more then happy to schedule an appointment to have them fixed free of cost at their NAPA certified repair shop it is clear why they have been in business for more then 30 years we like that they treat everyone like family we will continue to return to Zia for all future car purchases and we are more then happy to send friends and family over to Zia

Great service and quality and they stand behind their work. Having work done on my car can feel uncomfortable, but I don't hesitate to leave it with them.

I would highly recommend this mechanic, they have great customer service. I scheduled an appt for Saturday morning (which is great they are open all day on Saturday) to see what has been wrong with my car, they did the diagnostic and figured out the problem. I had my car back the same day. They gave me a fair price for the parts and labor and also told me to bring my car back if any other issues occur. My car has been running great now and I will definitely go back next time I need mantaince.

These guys are awesome! I have a Cadillac and a Honda that I won’t take anywhere else. Amazing customer service and FINALLY a mechanic I can trust!

Zia Automotive repair is always personable. They offer a shuttle service when you leave your car behind. Always willing to work with you. My favorite thing is that they will NEVER do any work without your permission. Moving back was hard but finding a repair shop as friendly as they are never makes me want to leave. Good job Zia, you've never let me down.

Zia Auto has great staff and I never have to worry about being over charged. I am truly satisfied with the work they did!
