I love having my car serviced by people who know me, and my car. Fast. Reliable. Reasonably priced.

We went to Zia Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. They got our car in on-time and completed the inspection in about 45 minutes. They provided a detailed report with pictures and the staff was friendly and informative. We would definitely return to Zia for future services or recommend them to others.

Thought the price was high so I called the Nissan dealer and found it to be 300 dollars cheaper and that included a front alignment.

I took the vehicle in for an oil change. They took it in for less than one hour and released it within one hour. They provided a written review of what they observed in their check. Excellent job!!

I reserve 5 stars for very special companies that go above and beyond. I was traveling on I-25 and having intermittent issues, as I'd come to a stop the vehicle would die. As I pulled into Belen (Friday after 6 pm) the vehicle died and would not restart. Ended up calling AAA and the nearest location that would be open on a Saturday was Zia Automotive. Joe and the rest of the team spent almost 4 hours on multiple diagnoses and couldn't find anything wrong. They went above and beyond making sure the vehicle was in good running condition and that I'd be safe to continue my travels. This team and the service provided was excellent and I was impressed by that alone. My situation was uncomfortable I had to have the vehicle towed to them and let them work on it while I was still in Belen. However the customer service was excellent and the team truly went above and beyond. They have earned my trust and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs work done. Quick, thorough and trust worthy. Exactly what anyone needs when placing their vehicle in the hands of another. Thank you Zia!!!
