I brought in my old Toyota for a/c repair, and let the terrific service people that I wanted to have the system looked at, but if the cost was very high, I probably didn’t want the repair. Sean provided a clear estimate on repairs and information about possible future costs so I could make an informed decision. I greatly appreciate his honest and expert opinion. Great company.

I had been looking for a Honda CR-V EXL for a number of weeks and I found one on Zia Auto website. The price was about $2,500 below market value so it was a great deal. I drove in from Grants, found the place and drove the car. I bought it right then. Ina was wonderful and the entire staff was very professional and thorough in the closing process. This was the best experience I've had buying my Hondas - this was my ninth Honda in a row and without question the nicest since it was a SUV with lots of features. I am more than pleased with my purchase. When I'm in the market for another used Honda, Zia Auto will be my first stop. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a wonderful used car dealership that's family-owned.

Kind, honest, and fair! Our van was dropped off here by AAA after dying on the side of the highway in the middle of the night during a cross-country trip. When I arrived as they opened in the morning the folks here quickly inspected my car, identified the problem, and gave me a great price to make the repairs. I had my vehicle back later that day and was back on the road home. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people working in the shop -- I greatly appreciate their quality of service, the very reasonable price I was given, and how quickly they got the repair I needed done to get me back on the road. I'm safely back home now and had zero issues for the rest of the way -- great job! Thank you!!
