Great communications and very high quality work! Alex and his crew diagnosed the problem with my car quickly and correctly. They clearly explained what was wrong and how they could fix it. And the price was less than I expected to pay! It was the kind of repair where it would have been easy to gouge the client, and they didn't. Overall a very good experience and much better than what I have had from the manufacturer's dealerships. I will definitely take all my future car repairs and maintenance to this clean and well run shop.

Everyone I dealt with at Zia was very kind and helpful. they diagnosed and replaced 4 spark plugs and one ignition coil to prevent cylinder misfires. They never tried to push any of these repairs on me, only stated the problem and suggested a course of action, leaving me the freedom to decide what I wanted to pay for, without any pressure that i've found at other auto mechanics who just want to make a few more bucks. The people at Zia just genuinely wanted to make sure my vehicle was running as best as it can, while cost was a secondary issue.

They were very nice not really pushy, very professional. It was a nice experience. I felt I got a fair price on my car, and they really worked with me so that my payment was within dollars of my goal monthly payment. I was working with Danny and he was great to work with.
