I recently purchased a Mazda 6 from Zia Auto sales and had by far, the best experience buying a used car. Our sales man Mark was beyond helpful and and made the experience smooth and easy. We were fortunate enough to also have had received help from the owner James, who worked with us on a price and offered personal help with any questions or concerns. Overall I would defdinely recommend Zia Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a nice use does car. The most satisfying cherry on top of my experience was the reinsurance that I was walking away with a mechanically sound, reliable veichle that also came from an amazing local company.

I went to Zia Motors for my son's first car. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. Bought a very clean, well maintained vehicle here 2 weeks ago and had a positive experience. I researched online every aspect of the year, make and model of cars I was interested in and then searched what was for sale in Abq. After a few months the one I really wanted was for sale at Zia and it was priced below the market average. Made a visit there to see it and Adam assisted me with answering questions and providing needed info re: financing. I was still driving the car I bought new in 1992 and a lot has changed since then. But having the Carfax history and Zia's inspection of the car as well as having all of my questions answered made the decision to buy easy. Plus, I felt I was in good hands through the purchase process with the financing explained in detail. I will definitely recommend Zia Automotive to friends with confidence based on my experience.

My car buying experience with Zia Auto was fun and pleasant which are not typically the 2 words associated with buying a used car. My sales rep Ina listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was patient while we test drove a few of the beautiful cars on the lot. She guided me to an amazing Mercedes Benz E350, and once I test drove it, it was exactly what I was looking for! Zia also handled my financing which due to the relationships they have with the lenders it was very smooth! I would highly recommend if your in the market for a used vehicle do yourself a favor and come visit this car lot! They are professional and truly care!
