More then excited...Traded my Nissan Altima for an Acura TL...staff was AMAZING... Ina listened and was attentive....The finance dept did everything to get me approved and went above and beyond for me....

I purchased two vehicles earlier this year (2016) from Zia Auto and have had both vehicles serviced (oil changes) there as well. Tim Ruiz, general manager, goes above and beyond to work a deal you can't turn down with the best banks, in town. I have worked with several finance managers and Tim does impressive work compared to top dealerships in Phoenix. Eric, finance manager, will give you every detail you need to know about your payments, rates, and gap insurance info. He's very thorough and shows pride in what he does. They all do. The detail team also goes out of there way to make sure your car looks great! Thank you Zia Auto!! Awesome service. Zia Automotive worked hard to fix my van quickly, as we were in the middle of a road trip. I love that they were not only open on Saturday, but open all day long! They explained to me what they would do in searching for the issue, and then drove me to my hotel nearby. After finding the issue, they called me with a quote, broke down each charge, and explained what they needed to do and how long it would take them. After the van was repaired, they came and picked me up from my hotel. They said they had been able to fix the van faster than they expected, therefore the labor cost was cheaper - meaning I paid LESS than their initial quote for the repair! Thank you for an honest repair, for working quickly, and for going above and beyond!
