Randy was great! Randy and his team (John) diagnosed the issues, let me know promptly, and had my car ready to go the same day. Randy even stayed after closing time so I could pick up my car. I am really impreased with their customer service.

Being from out of town and not even suppose to be in Albuquerque this shop is by far awesome! Not only were they professional, but they made me feel like a priority and that they wanted the best for me and my 2 children. I was very leary, being female and having no other choices for repair shops, but Alex was reassuring and so were the rest of the staff. I felt very comfortable there. If I ever visit Albuquerque, I will definitely use this shop!
