I've been bringing my car here for over 10 years, and they always treat me and my car like part of the family.

Recently relocated to the Albuquerque area and did my research for repair facilities. Zia Automotive was at the top of the list and the service provided was done on time as promised and at the quote given. Love having no surprises. Thanks.

I had my car taken to Zia Automotive repair, because they're a Triple A approved shop. My car had broken down on the interstate in the middle of the night, while I was driving home from work. Zia repaired my car the next day; they didn't make me wait for days, and days before starting work on my car. Zia gave me a fair price, and excellent, professional service. Just to be approved by Triple A, says something good to begin with. They have to do good quality work, at a competitive price.The shop has to have good friendly, professional service. The shop has to stand behind the work they do on the customer's car, no matter what. And the shop mustn't ever take advantage of a stranded motorist. Zia Automotive Repair exceeded all these attributes in dealing with them. I highly recommend Zia Automotive repair to anyone, whether they're with Triple A, or not.

Excellent customer service. Family owned is very evident in their customer service. Appears that this dealership is very aware of satisfied customers and repeat business. The transport, Alaago Transport, LLC, company will need additional vehicles in the future as the company grows and more probably will buy those much needed vehicles at this dealership. I had purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Zia on Sept 2012, for Zia was highly recommended from a repeat buyer I knew. I was treated very well, and the vehicle was in excellent condition.The vehicle never gave me any problems. On July 13 2013 I decided to go back to Zia and check out what they had in their inventory for I wanted something in the line of a Escalade. They did have an Escalade, but what caught my eye was a Lincoln Navigator. Alex came out and told him I was interested in the Navigator. He was very nice and cordial, and gave me the full tour on the vehicle. We took it out for a drive and I was sold. I like going to Zia because the vehicles go through points inspection. Alex and the rest of the crew are very friendly and they work with you with no pressure. Alex also gave me courtesy calls after the purchase which I found was really cool if the I was enjoying the vehicle, if I had any concerns, something no other dealer has done to me. I give these guys five stars!

I was traveling thru NM and my car started acting up so I stopped in Gallup. They Diagnose the problem, but couldn't get the parts till the next day. So they recommend Pete's Garage in Albuquerque he said my car would make it there with no problem and Pete's would know exactly what to do. I am so happy with Pete's Garage and the recommendation.

I had a very good car purchasing experience at Zia Motors. The saleslady and her supporting staff in the office were very courteous and helpful in all my inquiries. They put me in a car I was very happy with inspite of it's milage. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
