Repairs were done quickly, we were treated courteously and taken to lunch and appointments during repairs.

Being in a extreme tight situation, Kelly, Rafael, and Elmer made this process simple. I use to sell cars for a living and I know the process so I was very impressed with the customer service experience and the after care as well. Thank you Zia for helping out a stressed young lady! We were traveling from Texas to California when our radiator was punctured. Our call to AAA resulted in a phone call the following morning about 7:30 from your service manager who got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem, installed a new radiator in our 99 Plymouth minivan, and had us on the road again with a better product. We went in just browsing. This was the first place we stopped. Really we hadnt planned on actually buying a car that day but the friendly staff really made it easy. They we very helpful and did everything possible to help us get the car we wanted and got us an excellent deal. If you want good HONEST people to buy your new used car from you need to go to Zia Auto. Trust me, over the years we have bought many cars from many different places and people and this was by far the best experience. They were upfront and honest about everything. (You dont see that very much anymore). Will definately go back if we ever need another vehicle and will be recomending Zia Auto to everyone we know!! Thanks Guys:)

Me and my husband where looking in to purchasing a mini van....my husband found one at Zia that he liked. I summited the application at 9:00am and by 6:30 Pm we picked up our new mini van and drove it home. Our sales person Alex Cordero was great he brought the van all the way to my work so I could look at it. We did let Alex know we are planning a vacation to California and are planning on driving the van instead of renting a car, they went beyond customer service to make sure the van was going to be safe and ready for the trip.I'm definitely gonna recommend them to family and friends
